Nigel Oseland is a workplace strategist, environmental psychologist and change manager who understands the human experience, specifically what sort of behaviors can lead to greater engagement and better outcomes in the workplace, and how the desired changes can be successfully implemented.
Nigel campaigns for workplaces that support all personality types. He firmly believes in evidence-based design, and has been researching the impact of the environment on individual and organizational performance for over a decade.
Nigel enjoys building trusting, long-term relationships with clients. He works with them in close collaboration to understand their goals and needs, and to create unique, tailored, cost-effective workplaces that enhance concentration, collaboration, creativity and operational efficiency.
Nigel often assists in the development of new products and services to meet his clients’ ever-changing requirements, and helps design and implement agile working environments, supported by state-of-the-art workplace technologies.
Nigel Oseland is a sought-after international speaker, and author or co-author of several papers and books, including “Improving Office Productivity – A Practical Guide for Business and Facilities Managers”. Back in 2003 he set up the Workplace Trends series of conferences which grew into a must-attend event for workplace design and management professionals.
During his consulting career Nigel has worked with some of the world’s leading finance, retail and technology companies including BP, Shell, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, GSK, Morgan Stanley, IBM, and Visa International. He runs his workplace consultancy Workplace Unlimited, based in London, UK, and collaborates with Kragelj on workplace strategy projects in continental Europe.
